Hi, I'm Arthur T. Dean. I'm an executive coach, business consultant, & keynote speaker in Washington, DC.
Arthur T. Dean commanded soldiers at every level and had every increasing staff assignments in Human Resources in the United States Army. He completed his military career as the Director of Military Personnel Management for the Army. He retired from the Army as a Major General. He later served as the Chairman and CEO of Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America.
Arthur T. Dean received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Morgan State University. He later attended Central Michigan University and obtained a Master of Arts in Management and Supervision. He also earned a Graduate Certificate from Stanford University's Advanced Management College.
